158 Drivers Recognized as White Cap’s 2021 Champions of the Road

White Cap is proud to honor 158 drivers in 2021 as part of its annual Champions of the Road recognition program. These drivers were identified through a rigorous selection process focused on safety, compliance and service to our team and customers across the United States for their performance during the 2020 fiscal year.

This is the company’s top distinction to honor the invaluable service its drivers provide customers every day.

Many of the drivers recognized this year are annual, back-to-back consecutive Champions, including:

  • One driver who is a nine-year champion
  • One driver who is an eight-year champion
  • Five drivers who are seven-year champions
  • 10 drivers who are six-year champions
  • Six drivers who are five-year champions
  • Five drivers who are four-year champions
  • 27 drivers who are three-year champions
  • 37 drivers who are two-year champions

“This past year, our drivers worked harder than ever to adhere to additional COVID-19 safety protocols in our branches and at our jobsites, and for that we are incredibly grateful. We’re very proud to recognize these drivers based on their unrelenting commitment to safety and service,” said Scott Riggs, Chief Operating Officer of White Cap. “Extreme traffic, highway driving and pedestrian traffic at customer locations are all things professional drivers have to deal with regardless of a pandemic, and in 2020 our drivers navigated new challenges with flexibility while still maintaining a world-class safety record.”
