In October of 2021, White Cap Market Sales Specialist, Adriana Perez, was recognized as the Best Person for The Job by the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC).

NAWIC is an organization with chapters throughout the U.S. that serve as a support network for women in the construction industry. This association provides women with the professional opportunities and tools that help advocate for women in construction.

NAWIC launched a series highlighting women that embody the organization. Last year, Adriana Perez, White Cap Market Sales Specialist and NAWIC Chapter Vice President, was recognized.
