On November 4, 2021, White Cap Orange County District Manager Ron Harmon hosted a golf tournament fundraising event to raise money for the Children’s Hospital of Orange County (CHOC).
CHOC is a pediatric hospital in Orange County, California, that houses primary and specialty care facilities and research centers that serve children and families.
In support of the White Cap Customer Appreciation Golf Event, 37 vendors donated, and 80 customers and 64 vendors participated in the tournament. Together, alongside our vendors and customers, White Cap raised over $65k for CHOC! Thank you to all the vendors and customers that supported the event with a special thank you for our top fundraisers:
- Industrial Threaded Products donated $15k
- Canow donated $10k
- Ebbert Company raised over $20k
CHOC is an important part of Ron’s life, as his daughter Paige received cancer treatment there. Paige attended the golf event as a guest speaker and is pictured below speaking at the podium and holding the check made out to CHOC alongside White Cap’s Southwest Regional Vice President Bob Jacoby.
